Co-Founder, CEO

Todd’s focused vision and drive have positioned HYPHY at the cutting edge of video system and equipment design technology. A PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and over 38 years’ experience in tech startup leadership positions, ranging from chips through to parallel systems, have given Todd the skills to transform theoretical concepts into practical, market-ready products. 

His founding of the highly successful HDcctv Alliance resulted in the global sale of multi-millions of interoperable HD video cameras for security and surveillance. HDcctv Alliance had successfully developed and launched the HDcctv 2.0 that had realized the HD Analog to transport 4K CCTV video over 500m on a coaxial cable.


Rob Hannebauer,

Rob is an Inventor, Technologist and CEO/CTO of Lumiense group: Lumiense Photonics, Metrio Sensors, Imagica Technology and Stratafire. He holds 50+ patents and leads technical innovation in startups across semiconductor processes, image sensors, MEMS and displays for over 38 years.


Rob Clarke,

VLSI Engineering Leader

When it comes to getting the most out of an integrated circuit, Rob is the best. After graduating with a PhD from the University of Adelaide, Rob joined the CSIRO, where he developed and managed Australia’s first multi-project chip implementation system. He is the founder and Managing Director of RADLogic, an independent Australian integrated circuit company with 40 years experience specializing in analog and mixed-signal IC design.


Alex Henzen,

Director of Display Technology, Project Management, and Product Management.

Professor, South China Normal University

Alex Henzen is a multiple award-winning display technology specialist. He is the founder and CEO of Liquid Light Ltd, and has over 35 years TFT display panel design and implementation experience. 

Among his many achievements, Alex has held program management positions at Philips, been VP of Process Development at CLEARink Displays.


Morgan Dioli,

CFO

Morgan Dioli brings financial management to the forefront for early stage companies that take success seriously. He’s enlightened many executives in the fine arts of unit economics, margin analysis and growth forecasting. Morgan has an MBA from Georgetown, he co-authored “Never Startup Alone” and ran his own consulting firm for 10 years.


Tony Pullen,

Intellectual Property Manager

BS Chemistry (Ball State University), PhD Inorganic Chemistry (University of Florida), Registered Patent Agent (USPTO)

Tony has held various positions in research, product engineering, and intellectual property for E Ink Corporation, A123 Systems, and CLEARink Displays. A named inventor on 60+ US and foreign issued patents. Tony has additionally worked in university technology transfer and has consulted for multiple startup companies in the areas of lithium ion batteries, electrophoretic displays, and related technologies.


Sara Pecharich,

Chief of Staff, Diversity and Inclusion Officer

Sara is responsible for implementation of executive’s targets and handles human resources, investor relations, administration, and logistics management. Her tools of communication, collaboration, and value of people and relationships enable her to keep everything running behind the scenes. Sara has a BS in Mathematics and an MS in Finance.


Igor Tsimerman,

Director of Engineering

B.Sc in Elec Eng, MBA, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. 

Igor is a technology enthusiast and passionate visionary with over 18 years in the semiconductor industry. He has a strong background in people management and leading high-speed systems development in multidisciplinary environments such as HW development, Silicon IPs and validation strategies.
